Ski & Ride Supervisor - Winter 26/27

This individual will supervise and assign staff members to lessons in addition to overall product management. The individual will function as part of the Snow Sports management team and will be responsible for daily operations. An in-depth knowledge of the resort and all of its functions is necessary. Previous ski school experience necessary. PSIA cert 2 or higher preferred.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Product and Personnel management


• Forecasts and schedules staff to accurately cover business needs


• Knowledge of staff members and their abilities


• Able to communicate skillfully with guests and staff members


• Assign staff members to lessons


• Track and enter payroll data as needed


• Build and use reporting as necessary to track pertinent data


• Monitor and coordinate class assignments and assist as necessary


• Help develop and implement a coordinated training program


• Must be PSIA AASI Level 2


• Minimum 3 years experience skiing or snowboarding


• Previous ski industry experience

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous ski industry experience a plus but not required
