Skiing Vacation Specialist

Overview:

As a Skiing Vacation Specialist, you’ll assist clients in planning ski trips to popular skiing destinations like Aspen, Whistler, the French Alps, or Japan’s ski resorts. You’ll cater to everyone from beginner skiers to advanced enthusiasts, offering tailored packages that include ski passes, equipment rental, ski lessons, and après-ski activities.

Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Discuss with clients their skiing abilities, preferred destinations, and any special needs (e.g., family-friendly resorts, luxury ski hotels, or remote ski chalets).
• Custom Ski Packages: Plan ski trips that include accommodation, lift tickets, equipment rentals, ski lessons, and après-ski activities (spas, dining, nightlife).
• Booking & Coordination: Handle all the logistics of the trip, from booking flights and ski resorts to arranging ground transportation and booking ski instructors.
• Knowledge Sharing: Advise clients on the best times to ski, essential gear, and the best slopes for their skill level.
• Post-Trip Follow-Up: After the trip, ask for feedback and encourage repeat business or referrals for future ski vacations.
