We are looking for full-time Skill Builder to add to our team! All you need is a Bachelor’s degree in human services, or related field, such as social work, psychology, sociology, and early childhood development. Will consider an associate degree plus two years’ experience in human services or related field. Candidate can be enrolled in college within two semesters of completing a bachelor’s degree in human service or a related field. We will teach you the rest!  

A Day in The Life as a Skill Builder
As a Support Worker, you will provide support to Therapist working with children and families to help ensure that children can safely thrive in their home environments. Support Workers may be asked to teach skills such as emotion regulation, having healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and healthy communication within families, among other things. Support Workers work as part of a team to access resources, plan, and advocate to improve the quality of people’s lives.

We want someone who has a desire to help children grow, learn, and build healthy families and a strong desire to advocate for children and their families!
