Automotive Technician – Full-Time

Farmington Hills, MI | $23–$35 Hourly or Flat Rate + Bonus/Accelerators | Mon–Fri, 8 AM–6 PM

Kirk’s Auto, part of the GreatWater 360 Auto Care network, is hiring a skilled Automotive Technician to join our growing team. Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle issues
• Perform services including steering, suspension, alignment, heating/cooling, and electrical
• Conduct digital vehicle inspections and communicate findings clearly
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

? Requirements:

• 3+ years of automotive repair experience
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with digital inspection tools
• Valid driver’s license and personal tools
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

What We Offer:

• Competitive Pay: $23–$35/hr (Hourly + Bonus or Flat Rate with Accelerators up to $8/hr)
  (Average Annual Income: $54,600–$89,440)
