Job Description - Skilled Home Health Nurse

NurseCore is hiring Home Health Nurses (RNs and LPNs) for various shifts. If you're looking for steady hours with flexible scheduling, we have openings throughout the week caring for patients ranging from pediatrics to adults.

8 -12 Hour Shifts:

Monday–Friday: hours vary between 7a –12a, and 10p –6a
Saturday–Sunday: hours vary between 9a –11p, and 10p–6a

What you'll do:

Depending on the patient’s needs, care may include G-tube management, and/or ventilator support, and/or tracheostomy care.
Provide additional skilled nursing duties based on the patient’s condition.

What it takes:

Active RN or LPN nursing license in Nevada
At least one year of post-graduate experience
Current hands-on CPR certification
Negative TB results within the last 12 months
Successful completion of a background check
Experience with G-tubes, or tracheostomies, or ventilators

Salary range: RNs $37 - $40 hour. LPNs $24 - $27 hour.
