University Home Care Inc is seeking a Skilled Home care Administrator to join our team in Livonia, MI. This role plays a vital part in coordinating and managing home care services to ensure clients receive high-quality and compassionate care. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the delivery of skilled home care services to clients.


• Maintain accurate records of client care plans, schedules, and service documentation.


• Communicate regularly with clients, families, and caregivers to address concerns and update care plans as needed.


• Ensure compliance with company policies, healthcare standards, and regulatory requirements.


• Assist with scheduling staff shifts and managing workflow to optimize client care.


• Support billing and payroll processes related to home care services.

Requirements

• Proven experience in home care administration or a related healthcare support role.


• Strong organizational and time management skills.


• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.


• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices in home care.


• Proficiency with basic office software and scheduling tools.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
