Positions available:
- CNC Lathe Machinist - Applicant must be proficient at setup, programming, and operating CNC Lathes (Hass, SMC, Citizen, and Miyano) with minimal supervision. The machinist will be producing tight-tolerance precision components.
- O.D. / I.D Grinder Hand - Applicant must be skilled at setting up and operating the manual O.D. & I.D. grinders (Parker, Chevalier). Grinder Hand will be producing low-volume, tight-tolerance precision components.
- Bridgeport Machinist- Applicant must be skilled at setting up and running a manual milling machine. Machinists will be producing low-volume, complex, precision components.
- CNC Milling - Applicant must be proficient at: setup, programming, and operating CNC Mills (Hass, SMC) with minimal supervision. The machinist will be producing tight-tolerance precision components.
Requirements for all positions:
- Min 5 years of relevant experience.
- Read and interpret component drawings, layouts, sketches, or other specifications to determine the most efficient way to process jobs.
- Selects tooling, cutting speeds, feed rates, and depth of cut to process the job most efficiently.
- Measure parts for conformance to specifications using measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, gauges, and CMM.
All positions are for the day shift with a flexible start time (6 AM or 7 AM). All benefits are 100% paid by the company, including:
