About the Role:

Join Cinch Mechanical LLC as a Skilled Laborer in Joppa, MD, where you'll play a vital role in our dynamic team. We are looking for motivated individuals who are eager to contribute to exciting mechanical projects and grow their skills in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems.

Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.

Follow blueprints and technical drawings to complete tasks accurately.

Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting of equipment.

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.

Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety.

Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.

Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; trade school experience is a plus.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a skilled labor or construction role.

Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor.

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
