Skilled Nursing LPN

We are seeking a Skilled Nursing LPN with experience in home care and proficiency with Kinnser software to join our dedicated team at University Home Care Inc. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring comfort, safety, and adherence to care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, following physician orders and care plans.


• Utilize Kinnser software to document patient care, observations, and clinical data accurately and timely.


• Monitor patient health status and report changes to the healthcare team promptly.


• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.


• Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication administration, and health maintenance.


• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and company policies.

Requirements

• Valid LPN license in the state of Michigan.


• Experience working in skilled nursing or home health care settings.


• Proficiency with Kinnser software or similar home health care electronic documentation systems.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.


• Reliable transportation to travel to patient homes within Oakland, MI.
