In this position, you’ll own the full recruitment cycle — from business development and client partnerships to sourcing, interviewing, and placing skilled trades professionals. You’ll work with leading manufacturing and industrial companies to fill high -demand roles including:

What You’ll Do

Build Client Partnerships

• Develop new business relationships with manufacturing, industrial, and skilled trades companies
  
• Present recruitment solutions and negotiate service agreements
  
• Become a trusted hiring partner by building strong, long -term client relationships
  
• Identify hiring trends and provide market insights to clients
  

Recruit Top Skilled Trades Talent

• Source, screen, interview, and place skilled trades professionals
  
• Utilize job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and community outreach
  
• Attend trade school events, job fairs, and networking opportunities
  
• Conduct mock interviews and career coaching for candidates
  
• Match candidates with opportunities that align with their skills and career goals
  

Own the Recruitment Process

• Manage the full hiring lifecycle from intake to placement
  
• Write compelling job ads and job descriptions
  
• Coordinate interviews, offers, onboarding, and pre -employment processes
  
• Maintain strong communication and follow -up with both clients and candidates
  
• Support employee relations and ensure a positive hiring experience
