SPECIAL SERVICES TEAM MEMBER 

The Korte Company is seeking a Special Services member to join our team in Las Vegas, NV. This position will be responsible for
collaboration with our Client Services Manager and Project Managers to help facilitate all aspects of our project. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 

• Completion of necessary maintenance projects as included on small project & punch list. 

• Ability to properly operate all small hand & power tools (table saw, chop caw, drills, etc.) 

• Ability to determine required project materials and equipment, working with subcontractors & owners. 

• Document progress and update the schedule of completion & input information into an iPad or computer. 

• Assist with callbacks/warranties or emergencies (possibly after hours). 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 

The characteristics listed below are representative of what is needed to perform this job successfully. 

• Basic working knowledge of hanging & patching drywall, metal stud framing, minor plumbing, minor knowledge of electrical and general handyman repair skills. 

• Ability to work independently & with team employees. 

• Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately. 

• Ability to prioritize and multi-task within time constraints. 

• Valid driver's license, background check, and MVR check required. 

EDUCATION + EXPERIENCE 

Qualified applicants will have: 

• High School Diploma 

• Prior maintenance/handyman experience is a plus

WORK ENVIRONMENT 

This position will be at the worksite or in the office depending on work responsibilities. The worksite environment is constantly changing and may include: 

• Moving mechanical parts 

• High, precarious places 

• Risk of electrical shock 

• Outside weather conditions, such as extreme heat and extreme cold 

• Moderate to loud noise levels
