HNS is an industry leader that has consistently grown over 60% year over year. We're looking to hire MULTIPLE Skip Tracers IMMEDIATELY.

This position is responsible for locating bank & finance customers and vehicles subject to repossession nationwide. This is solely an office position, no field work. This is not a collections or sales job, however this position does involve outbound phone contact with customers, field contractors, and client bank employees. We are seeking experienced skip tracers but will consider other applicants.

Full time Skip tracer position available centrally located in Plano, TX. Skip tracer role is to perform investigative research for the purpose of identifying the most current location where a person's vehicle may be found.
     
Responsibilities

• Daily duties may include some or all of the following:


• Gather, analyze, or evaluate information from a variety of sources, such as court records, credit header data, people location software


• Use various location databases and software packages to locate vehicles subject to repossession (automatic license plate recognition software)


• Work closely with repossession agents to coordinate activities


• Manage the repossession process for bank clients


• Work closely with bank, credit union and insurance employees


• Perform in depth people/vehicle location searches


• Proactively monitor accounts and address a variety of issues


• Make phone contact with customers, field agents, and while skip tracing


• Locate contacts using our database and advanced skip tools


• Communicate often with our clients


• Locate contacts by searching the worldwide web ( including social media platforms), public records and private database


• Ensure investigation findings are properly documented and communicated affectively in our system


• Comply with all federal state and local regulations with regards to personally sensitive information.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with Microsoft Office is mandatory.


• Strong communication skills


• Experience interacting with business clients via phone/email


• Strong attention to detail


• Professional appearance and demeanor


• Punctual with good attendance is a must


• Must have superior phone skills and a friendly demeanor


• Must pass criminal background check and drug test

Skip tracer pay $16-18 depending on experience.
