SkyTrac Access Group - Equipment Returns Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Equipment Returns Associate to manage all aspects of inbound and outbound equipment processes. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate tracking, inspection, and processing of returned and dispatched equipment, while also supporting cross-functional collaboration with technical and billing teams.

Essential Functions

• Handle inbound equipment returns


• Process returns from start to finish


• Manage ticketing processes for all outbound equipment and swaps


• Inspect the condition of returned equipment


• Record all returns being processed, as well as any extra equipment


• Create sales orders for missing or damaged equipment


• Perform equipment status changes, transfers, and inventory adjustments


• Collaborate closely with technical consultants and billing personnel to determine accurate rental charges

Required Education and Experience

1. Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
