Nursing practice, which is grounded in the organization's nursing philosophy, involves the patient/caregivers/significant others with respect to their values, cultural differences, preferences and expressed needs. 2. Initiates appropriate actions, including use of chain of command, to address unmet needs or changes in patient conditions. 10. Application of critical thinking along the novice to expert continuum. RN will be required to maintain current RN licensure in this job code.  Current CPR certification required at the time of hire.
