| Work Schedule: | MondayâFriday, 8:00 AM â 5:00 PM 100% outpatient position with no inpatient responsibilities and no call, offering a balanced combination of outpatient clinic, interpretation of sleep studies and in-lab polysomnography, and coordination of comprehensive sleep care. |

| Procedures: | Evaluate and manage new and established patients with a broad range of sleep disorders. Diagnose and treat conditions including: Obstructive sleep apnea and other sleep-related breathing disorders Insomnia Hypersomnia Restless legs syndrome REM sleep behavior disorder Circadian rhythm disorders and other common sleep conditions Interpret sleep studies and attended polysomnography. Manage positive airway pressure (PAP/CPAP/BiPAP) therapy and monitor treatment effectiveness and compliance. Prescribe and manage medications related to sleep disorders. Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic testing and coordinate durable medical equipment (DME) when indicated. Educate patients and families regarding sleep disorders, treatment options, and long-term disease management. Collaborate closely with respiratory therapy, sleep technologists, primary care providers, pulmonology, cardiology, neurology, ENT, and other specialists to provide coordinated care. Maintain timely and accurate documentation in Meditech Expanse. |
