Job Description - Sleep Physician (Pulm Optional) Opening | Partnership Track | New Haven, Connecticut

Healthcare United is seeking a Pulmonary Critical Care or Sleep Physician for an opportunity in New Haven County, Connecticut. This role offers a flexible clinical mix, multiple practice settings, and a clear path to partnership within a collaborative and growing environment.

• Provide care in Pulmonary, Critical Care, and or Sleep Medicine based on preference

• Manage patients across outpatient and inpatient settings

• Participate in shared call rotation (approximately 1 in 5)

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

• Deliver high quality, patient -centered care

• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation

• Monday through Friday schedule with flexible clinical structure

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonary Critical Care or Sleep Medicine

• Board Certification in Sleep Medicine required

• Eligible for Connecticut medical license

• Strong clinical and communication skills

• Commitment to team -based care
