The Staff Pad has partnered with Blue Ridge Medical Center, located in Blue Ridge, Georgia, to find a dedicated Non-Registered Sleep Technologist. This role is ideal for candidates seeking to grow their career in sleep medicine while working in a supportive, patient-focused environment. Under the supervision of a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) or physician, the technologist will assist with conducting sleep studies, monitoring patients, and collecting accurate data to support the diagnosis and treatment of sleep disorders. 

Position Responsibilities 

• Prepare patients for overnight and daytime sleep studies by explaining procedures and setting up monitoring equipment. 
  
• Assist in conducting polysomnographic (PSG) procedures and monitor patient activity throughout testing. 
  
• Record and document observations, patient responses, and equipment function. 
  
• Ensure proper calibration and operation of diagnostic equipment. 
  
• Respond to patient needs and emergencies under supervision. 
  
• Support the sleep team with accurate data collection and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
