Job Description:    

• Production & Quality: Work as part of a team to efficiently produce high-quality electric motor components, meeting production goals and maintaining a defect-free standard.
• Technical Tasks: Install sleeving insulation on copper wires and phase paper insulation, follow detailed manufacturing instructions, and use systems like Shop Floor Display and Flex Flow.
• Teamwork & Flexibility: Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors, support departmental functions, and be willing to cross-train and assist in other roles within the connecting team.
• Safety & Workplace Standards: Prioritize safety, maintain daily housekeeping, use appropriate tools and materials, and work overtime or perform other duties as needed.

Education and Experience Needed:

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
•  6 months of industrial or military experience, or vocational/technical education; motor manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must pass a background and drug screen and have valid U.S. work authorization.
• Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English is essential for maintaining a safe work environment.
• Regular attendance and availability for overtime are essential job functions.
