Slitter / Rewinder

Are you looking for a career as a Slitter/Rewinder Operator? Ready to take on a Supervisor Role? We are currently recruiting experienced slitter/rewinders to become a Supervisor for our Oshkosh client. Candidate will be working 2nd shift Monday - Thursday 10 hour shifts. Must be willing to help on weekend shift as needed.

As a Slitter/Rewinder Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating a slitter machine to cut lengths of material into strips of specified widths. You will be checking for defects and make adjustments where necessary.

Set up and operate slitter machine
Mount rolls of material
Monitor material flow and inspect for defects
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and communication
Train and supervise production
Other duties as required

Pay is $25 - $30/hr depending on experience of candidate.
