Slot Technician

In this role, you'll troubleshoot and maintain VLT (Video Lottery Terminal) networks and associated assemblies, ensuring our guests enjoy uninterrupted play. Your expertise in Information Technology will be vital in upgrading network hardware and software, installing and configuring gaming equipment, and providing top-notch technical support to front-of-house operations like Keno, Bingo, and Electronic Games. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Upgrade network hardware and software components as required and/or assigned by the Slot Tech Manager.
• Install, upgrade, and configure gaming equipment, permissions, and software on servers for Electronic Games, Keno, and Bingo.
• Provide technical support to workers on front-of-house casino equipment such as Keno, Bingo, and VLT.
• Maintain all gaming equipment components for Electronic Games, Keno, and Bingo as directed by the Slot Tech Manager.
• Complete regular maintenance tasks, including rebuilding parts/equipment during downtime, as specified by the Slot Tech Manager.
• Ensure the security and integrity of front-of-house gaming equipment and networks.
• Prioritize workload to meet business demands.
• Circulate through assigned areas, performing repairs as necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience: 18 to 24 months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking fundamentals, and protocols. Proficiency in PC maintenance and repair is essential.
• Gaming Experience: Previous experience working with Video Lottery Terminals (VLTs) is preferred. Must possess the technical expertise to install, repair, troubleshoot, and convert all types of gaming equipment.
• Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old.
• Background Check: Must successfully pass a background check.
