Responsibilities

• Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system to ensure clear and consistent communication.

• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate assistance to customers.

• Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service or related roles is preferred.

• Proficient in using CRM software and familiar with standard office applications.
