Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding automotive products, services, and warranty information via phone, email, and chat in Slovak.
• Provide guidance on product features, pricing, and availability.
• Assist customers with order tracking, service bookings, and issue resolution.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with technical and sales teams to deliver timely solutions and updates to customers.
• Stay informed about the latest automotive trends and developments to provide accurate information.

• Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the automotive sector.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle various inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using customer service software and CRM applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
