As a member of our team, you will assist customers with their inquiries related to flights, bookings, and aviation services, all while providing exceptional support in Slovak.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding aviation services, flight bookings, and travel information via phone, email, and live chat in Slovak.
• Provide assistance with ticketing, changes, cancellations, and related services.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Document all interactions accurately in our CRM system for record-keeping and follow-up.
• Collaborate with airline partners and operational teams to provide customers with real-time updates and information.
• Stay informed about flight schedules, aviation regulations, and industry trends to assist customers effectively.

• Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken) is essential; proficient English skills are a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the aviation or travel sector.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage customers positively.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with customer service software and CRM applications is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
