Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to banking services, account management, and financial products via phone, email, and chat in Slovak.
• Educate clients on banking processes, account features, and online banking tools.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting issues related to transactions and account discrepancies.
• Document all customer interactions accurately and ensure follow-up as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking regulations and financial products.

• Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial.
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the banking or financial sector, is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to manage sensitive financial inquiries with discretion and professionalism.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and general computer applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evening and weekend shifts as needed.
