Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding biotechnology products and services through phone, email, and chat in Slovak.
• Provide detailed information about product features, usage, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Document customer interactions accurately and follow up to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
• Work closely with sales and product teams to enhance the customer care experience.
• Stay up to date with biotechnology advancements and product offerings to assist clients effectively.

• Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the biotechnology or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
• Ability to simplify complex information for a diverse customer audience.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
