You will serve as a vital link between our clients and our services, facilitating smooth communication while providing outstanding support in Slovak.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to construction projects, materials, and services via phone, email, and chat in Slovak.
• Provide detailed information about product specifications, availability, and service timelines.
• Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and project updates.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in an efficient and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions within our CRM system.
• Coordinate with operational teams to ensure customer needs are met promptly.
• Stay informed about industry trends and company offerings to provide relevant assistance to customers.

• Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the construction or related sectors.
• Strong communication skills with an empathetic and patient approach.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities to effectively address customer issues.
• Aptitude for multitasking and managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
