Slovak Speaking Customer Service for Electric Vehicle Manufacturer

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Slovak Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client, a leading Electric Vehicle Manufacturer. In this important role, you will provide outstanding support to our Slovak-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries regarding electric vehicles and related services.

Your fluency in Slovak will be essential in guiding clients through the features of our vehicles, addressing service inquiries, and helping them navigate their electric vehicle ownership experience. You will play a critical role in promoting customer satisfaction and loyalty as we strive to lead the electric vehicle market.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in Slovak through phone, email, and chat regarding electric vehicle inquiries
• Assist with product information, service scheduling, and resolving customer issues
• Handle customer complaints efficiently and professionally
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Gather customer feedback to improve our products and services
• Stay informed about advancements in electric vehicle technology and industry trends

• Fluency in Slovak and English, with strong communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills and strong problem-solving abilities
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the automotive or technology sectors, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Passion for sustainability and electric vehicles, eager to assist customers in their journey
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
