This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about energy solutions and dedicated to providing top-notch customer support. As a representative, you will assist clients with their inquiries and help them navigate the complexities of energy services while communicating in Slovak.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries related to oil and gas services, pricing, and regulations via phone, email, and chat in Slovak.
• Assist customers with service activation, problem resolution, and account management.
• Provide accurate information regarding energy products and guidelines.
• Document all customer interactions and report issues to relevant teams for resolution.
• Collaborate with technical support and field teams to facilitate customer needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide informed responses.

• Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the energy or oil & gas sector, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to handle sensitive inquiries with discretion and empathy.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and computer applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
