This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about food and drink and appreciate providing exceptional customer care. As a customer service representative, you will assist customers with their inquiries and ensure they have a delightful experience while communicating in Slovak.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to food and beverage products, orders, and services via phone, email, and live chat in Slovak.
• Provide detailed information on product availability, pricing, and promotions.
• Assist customers with order processing, changes, and cancellations.
• Address and resolve any customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
• Document customer interactions accurately for future reference in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with operational teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Keep updated on industry trends and product offerings to better assist customers.

• Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to address customer inquiries effectively.
• Ability to multitask and manage customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
