Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to government services, programs, and public information via phone, email, and live chat in Slovak.
• Provide accurate information about service eligibility, application processes, and relevant regulations.
• Assist citizens in navigating government resources and resolving their issues effectively.
• Document all customer interactions thoroughly in the CRM system to maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with various government departments to ensure timely and accurate responses to inquiries.
• Stay informed about changes in policies, services, and public programs to assist customers accurately.

• Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is beneficial.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the government or public sector.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
• Proficient problem-solving abilities, with a commitment to helping citizens.
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
• Aptitude for using CRM software and general office applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
