As a representative, you will engage with customers in Slovak, assisting them with their inquiries and ensuring they have a seamless experience navigating healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by answering inquiries related to healthcare services, insurance, and patient support through phone, email, and chat in Slovak.
• Assist patients in scheduling appointments and understanding their treatment plans.
• Resolve customer concerns and issues promptly and empathetically.
• Document interactions accurately in our CRM system to maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure timely follow-ups and service delivery.
• Stay informed about healthcare policies, services, and best practices.

• Fluency in Slovak (both oral and written) is essential; knowledge of English is preferable.
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the healthcare sector, is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to customer interactions.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends when required.
