This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing support and information related to insurance products and services. As a customer service representative, you will assist clients in navigating their insurance inquiries and ensuring they have a smooth and informed experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to insurance products, policies, and claims via phone, email, and chat in Slovak.
• Provide information on policy details, coverage options, and premium inquiries.
• Assist customers with claims processing and address any concerns they may have.
• Resolve customer complaints and technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Document all customer interactions clearly in the CRM system to ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry regulations to provide accurate assistance.

• Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance industry.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM software and general computer applications.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
