Job Description - Slovak Speaking Customer Service for Media & Entertainment industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce a new opportunity for Slovak Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Media & Entertainment industry. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about media and entertainment and are eager to provide exceptional customer support. As a customer service representative, you will assist customers with inquiries related to media products and services, ensuring they have a fantastic experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries related to media and entertainment offerings, including subscriptions, services, and content availability via phone, email, and chat in Slovak.
  • Provide support for account management, troubleshooting, and billing questions.
  • Assist customers in navigating the platform and understanding features and content.
  • Resolve customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address issues and enhance the customer experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product offerings to provide accurate information.
  • Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the media or entertainment sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and general computer proficiency.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends if needed.
