This role is ideal for individuals who are dedicated to providing high-quality customer support within a healthcare environment. As a representative, you will assist customers and healthcare professionals with inquiries related to pharmaceutical products and services, ensuring they receive accurate information and exceptional service in Slovak.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to pharmaceutical products, prescriptions, and services via phone, email, and chat in Slovak.
• Provide detailed information about medications, including usage, dosage, and side effects.
• Assist customers with order processing, refills, and product availability.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely, professional manner.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to maintain compliance and quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any product-related questions.
• Stay informed about industry regulations, product updates, and company policies to provide current information to customers.

• Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the pharmaceuticals or healthcare industry.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers.
• Ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and general computer applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
