This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping clients navigate the world of real estate, providing them with the support needed to make informed decisions. As a representative, you will assist clients in their inquiries and provide exceptional service while communicating in Slovak.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to real estate listings, property availability, and market trends via phone, email, and chat in Slovak.
• Provide detailed information about properties, including features, pricing, and location advantages.
• Assist clients throughout the buying, selling, or renting process, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with real estate agents and other teams to address client needs effectively.
• Stay updated on real estate market developments to provide relevant information to clients.

• Fluency in Slovak (oral and written) is required; knowledge of English is beneficial.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the real estate sector, is desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and general computer applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
