As a customer service representative, you will assist clients in understanding renewable energy solutions while delivering exceptional service in Slovak.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding renewable energy products, services, and benefits via phone, email, and live chat in Slovak.
• Educate customers about energy efficiency programs and available renewable energy options.
• Assist customers with account management, service inquiries, and troubleshooting issues.
• Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends and company offerings to provide relevant and accurate information to customers.

• Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the renewable energy sector.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused demeanor.
• Ability to explain complex information simply and clearly.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and general computer applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
