As a customer service representative, you will assist clients in Slovak with their telecommunications inquiries, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding telecommunications services, including mobile plans, devices, and technical support via phone, email, and live chat in Slovak.
• Guide customers with account creation, billing questions, and service adjustments.
• Provide detailed information about product features, promotions, and service options.
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and technical issues to achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system, following company protocols and guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about new products, service updates, and industry trends to assist customers effectively.

• Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the telecommunications sector.
• Strong communication skills and a focus on providing excellent customer care.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in general computer applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
