As a representative, you will assist customers in Slovak, providing them with necessary information and support regarding their transportation needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to transportation services, scheduling, and pricing via phone, email, and live chat in Slovak.
• Provide customers with detailed information on shipping options, delivery timelines, and service policies.
• Assist customers with the booking process, as well as any changes or cancellations required.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain organized records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with operational teams to provide real-time information and updates to customers.
• Stay informed about industry trends and service offerings in order to assist customers effectively.

• Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the transportation or logistics sectors.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to service delivery.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries while prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as necessary.
