This role is perfect for individuals who have a keen interest in automobiles and a passion for providing excellent customer support. As a representative, you will assist customers in Slovenian, addressing their inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience in navigating automotive services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to automotive products and services via phone, email, and chat in Slovenian.
• Provide detailed information on vehicle specifications, service options, and dealership offerings.
• Assist customers with vehicle bookings, maintenance queries, and warranty issues.
• Resolve complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and enhance service delivery.
• Stay informed about automotive trends, new models, and company promotions to offer accurate information to customers.

• Fluency in Slovenian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a bonus.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and general computer skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
