You will be instrumental in providing support to clients in the oil and gas sector, ensuring they receive timely and accurate assistance in their native language.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries related to oil and gas products and services via phone, email, and live chat in Slovenian.
• Provide information about service options, pricing structures, and regulatory compliance.
• Assist customers with account management and troubleshoot service-related issues.
• Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to resolve complex inquiries and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry developments and changes to provide accurate information to customers.

• Fluency in Slovenian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the energy or oil & gas sector.
• Strong communication skills and an ability to effectively engage with customers.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a focus on customer-centric solutions.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in using computer systems and CRM applications.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when required.
