As a representative, you will assist clients in resolving their IT inquiries, ensuring they receive professional and efficient service in Slovenian.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries regarding IT products and services via phone, email, and chat in Slovenian.
• Assist users with technical issues, software installations, and troubleshooting.
• Provide accurate information on product features, updates, and best practices.
• Document customer interactions and technical resolutions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with IT support teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Stay up to date with the latest IT trends and technologies to inform and assist customers effectively.

• Fluency in Slovenian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the IT or technology sector, is preferred.
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward customer support.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with customer support tools and CRM software.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
