As a customer service representative, you will assist clients with inquiries related to products, services, and retail experiences, all while communicating effectively in Slovenian.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding retail products, order processing, and service inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Slovenian.
• Provide detailed information on product availability, pricing, discounts, and ongoing promotions.
• Assist customers with their orders, including changes, cancellations, and returns.
• Resolve any customer complaints or concerns efficiently to ensure a positive experience.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance the customer experience and streamline processes.
• Remain updated on product knowledge and retail trends to assist customers effectively.

• Fluency in Slovenian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the retail industry, is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with retail management software and CRM systems is desired.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
