Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries about telecommunications services, including plans, devices, and troubleshooting via phone, email, and chat in Slovenian.
• Assist customers with account management, billing issues, and service modifications.
• Provide detailed information about product features, promotions, and service availability.
• Resolve customer complaints and technical issues efficiently, ensuring satisfaction.
• Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about new products and industry developments to provide relevant information to customers.

• Fluency in Slovenian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the telecommunications sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries effectively and prioritize customer needs.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and general computer applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
