SLP Outpatient

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. In this role, you will work with patients of various ages, primarily focusing on early intervention and pediatric cases. You will assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders, helping individuals improve their communication skills and overall quality of life. Your expertise in medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology will be essential in providing effective patient care.

Requirements

Certifications: BLS, State licensed

Skills

Strong knowledge of early intervention strategies for pediatric populations.

Proficiency in medical terminology relevant to speech therapy practices.

Experience in providing speech therapy in school settings or clinical environments.

Excellent patient assessment skills to identify communication challenges effectively.

Understanding of anatomy and physiology as it relates to speech and language functions.

Ability to develop rapport with patients and their families while fostering a supportive environment.

Strong organizational skills for managing multiple cases and maintaining detailed records.
