Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Sales Associate to join our team! The Sales Associate enthusiastically facilitates the sale, checkout and delivery processes and ensures a positive Slumberland shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist customers in finding their ideal furniture: Provide personalized recommendations based on customer needs, style preferences, and space requirements to ensure the perfect fit for their homes.
• Drive sales and achieve targets: Actively engage with customers to promote products and close sales, regularly meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service: Offer an outstanding shopping experience by answering questions, providing product knowledge, and assisting with furniture selection. Handle transactions efficiently and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Sales Associate Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- General working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Point of Sale System
- Ability to act as a self-starter who is motivated to succeed and reach performance objectives.
- Proven interpersonal and communication skills to engage with staff, customers, and vendors.
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings and holidays.
