Educational Background: High School Diploma as a foundational requirement. Technical Proficiency: Solid grasp of utilizing computers, tablets, and smartphones for material handling and daily warehouse operations, along with the ability to navigate various software applications effectively. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: High level of interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively, fostering collaboration and understanding within teams. Leadership Abilities: Proven capability to lead, coach, and motivate others, supported by previous leadership or people management experience. Proactive and Quality-Focused: A proactive spirit and fast learning ability, paired with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work consistently. Industry Experience: Experience in a Surface Mount Technology (SMT) production environment, or familiarity with Kanban-driven manufacturing processes. Safety Awareness: Familiarity with Electrostatic Discharge precautions to ensure adherence to safety standards in production environments.
