Machias Savings Bank is seeking a detail-oriented Small Business Loan Processor to support our small business lending operations. In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing accurate, compliant loan documentation and ensuring loan data is properly entered and maintained through closing. You’ll work closely with lending staff to meet deadlines, support an exceptional customer experience, and actively uphold the Bank’s professional standards, regulatory responsibilities, and community-focused culture.

What You’ll Do
• Prepare and process small business loan documentation accurately and in compliance with applicable regulations
• Enter, maintain, and follow up on loan data within the loan origination system
• Collaborate with Commercial Administrators and lending staff to support timely loan closings

What You Bring
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and a team-focused mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with a commitment to confidentiality and compliance
