As our Small Engine Service Technician, you will:

• Diagnose, repair, and recondition small engines for agricultural equipment


• Use special tools and shop equipment safely and effectively


• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area


• Participate in ongoing service training and education


• Follow all safety rules, regulations, and shop policies


• Support customers by ensuring their equipment performs at peak reliability

Your detail‑oriented approach and technical expertise help keep our customers' operations running smoothly.

What We Need From You

• Extensive computer proficiency


• Knowledge of Windows‑based programs including Service Advisor, Parts Pro, and business systems


• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, work overhead, and lift 50 lbs


• Ability to safely operate vehicles and equipment for diagnostics


• Ability to complete and pass JDU core certifications (electrical, hydraulic, service advisor) and Honda certifications


• Willingness to continue JDU and Honda training to stay current with products


• Valid driver's license
