Job Summary
The

Service Manager

troubleshoots, repairs, and performs advanced setup and programming of networking, audio, video, home theater, security, surveillance, lighting, and other "smart" systems.
Onsite and remote troubleshooting of electronic components
Proper documentation and configuration of all equipment and interactions
Daily interaction and communication with clients
Daily interaction and supervision of technicians and installers
Full-time position (Mon-Fri and 7:30am-4:30pm)

Job Requirements
Excellent customer service and client relations
Organized, professional, and efficient
Proficient with Windows and/or MacOS
Knowledge with iOS and/or Android
Superior troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Excellent judgement calls and problem solving skills
Leadership, teaching, and training skills
Valid driver's license
Clean driving record and background check
