KBR’s Defense Systems Engineering Division is looking to add a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to our team. As the SME, you must be able to handle task-specific questions and engage in advanced problem-solving. The qualified candidate will have extensive experience in studies and analysis in specified field and analysis of emerging and advanced trends. In addition, they will have experience in the preparation of assessments, systems implementation plans, systems integrations, and system tests and evaluations for field of expertise.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support may include physical testing, analyzing data, and interpreting information.

Prepare recommendations and solutions for specific areas in question.

Provide leadership and direction to team members working on the same project.

Be able to coach and provide feedback to the team.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Education & Experience: Clear technical understanding of E-2D aircraft, mission systems, and weapons systems. Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 15 years of experience. OR, in lieu of formal education, at least 23 years of progressive-related experience in a specified field is required.

Clearance & Citizenship: Must be a US Citizen. Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Prior experience supporting KBR’s Defense Systems Engineering, Naval Solutions - Information Solutions OU.

The ability to identify and understand the movement and synchronization of files and information on PEMA devices

Working knowledge of JTDI, JKCS/JDMS, DECKPLATE and JDRS/TPDRs
